Employment Counseling


We advise companies and executives across the full spectrum of employment matters, drawing on years of management-side representation in high-exposure disputes. Our experience includes representing Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in wage-and-hour litigation resolved through JAMS arbitration, and defending Brandy Melville and Planet Fitness in discrimination and retaliation proceedings before the New York State Division of Human Rights and the EEOC.
