• Lawson represents public and private companies in high-stakes disputes, including pre-litigation resolution and eventual escalation into commercial litigation.

    Lawson has represented international banks and Fortune 500 companies, technology start-ups, and C-suite executives, in matters involving contract disputes, labor violations, equity disputes, M&A litigation, and others.

    He began his career at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP before clerking for Justice Andrea Masley in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.

    He earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as Managing Director of the Moot Court Honor Society. From 2013 to 2014, he led the program to consecutive Regional Championships, a Quarterfinalist and Finalist placement at the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition, and back-to-back Best Brief awards.
