BigLaw disputes attorney representing clients in a wide range of commercial litigation, including  partnership disputes, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, employment claims, IP litigation, activist litigation, among others.

Clients range from institutional organizations, C-suite executives, to high-profile celebrities, and soon-to-be high-profile celebrities (in their own right).

A graduate of St. John’s University School of Law (‘16), Lawson served as the Managing Director of the Moot Court Honor Society. From 2013-2014, Lawson led the school to back to back Regional Championships at the Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition, achieving Quarterfinalist and National Finalist awards, including Best Brief honors.

Lawson began his career at international law firms Fried, Frank, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, Lowenstein Sandler, and Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP. In 2017, Lawson clerked for the Honorable Justice Andrea Masley, in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
